You can have a good marriage—and still feel stuck.
Sometimes there isn't one major problem. You care about each other, but the same conversations keep ending in the same place.
Couples therapy can help you understand the cycle you've gotten caught in—and begin changing it together.

The problem isn't always what you're arguing about.
Couples often come to therapy focused on the latest disagreement. But underneath arguments about communication, family, money, parenting, intimacy, responsibilities, or expectations, there is often a deeper pattern developing between husband and wife.
One pursues. One withdraws. One wants to talk immediately. One needs space. One becomes increasingly emotional in an attempt to be understood. The other becomes increasingly defensive or distant.
Therapy gives us an opportunity to slow that process down and understand what is happening between you, rather than simply deciding who was right in the latest argument.
You don't have to figure this out alone.

For Torah-observant couples, marriage doesn't exist in a vacuum.
Your values, family, community, hashkafah, expectations of marriage, and commitment to building a Torah home all matter.
Effective therapy shouldn't require you to choose between receiving professional help and having those values understood.
The goal isn't simply to argue less. It's to help you understand each other differently, communicate more effectively, restore emotional connection, and build a healthier relationship together.

Couples Therapy • EFT • Trauma-Informed
My couples work draws particularly from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), together with trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and IFS when clinically appropriate.
Rather than simply teaching couples better arguments, I work to help each spouse understand the emotional pattern developing between them and create a safer, stronger connection.
I work extensively with English-speaking and Torah-observant clients and understand many of the particular sensitivities that can accompany marriage, intimacy, family, and communal life.
